It’s a process that can take up to 4 years to complete, as we design a completely new tyre to work in perfect harmony with the handling characteristics of the new vehicle. Over 100 tests are conducted, covering all aspects of performance including; braking, noise, mileage and more. It’s a crucial aspect of vehicle development for manufacturers. When new models are released they’re accompanied with key statistics and claims, covering everything from noise to fuel economy, to ride quality.
